Why a small firm
You get the person who did the work, not an account manager relaying messages to them. The engineer who quotes your network is the one who installs it and the one who picks up when it breaks.
We also sell hardware, which is normally where advice stops being honest. Ours does not: the recommendation comes first and it is yours to take elsewhere. A client who buys the right thing cheaply comes back. One who was oversold does not.
