This site collects very little. No analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts. The only personal information we receive is what you type into a form and send us.

What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the contact or quote form we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write about your project. The quote form also asks about your premises and budget so we can price the work sensibly. All of it is optional in the sense that you choose whether to contact us at all.
Server logs. Our host records standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. This happens automatically for every website and is used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect. We run no analytics package, no advertising or social media trackers, and no third-party embeds. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress may set a small number of functional cookies if you leave a comment or log in to an account — neither applies to ordinary visitors, since comments and registration are both disabled.
How we use what you send
To reply to you, prepare a quote, and carry out work you ask us to do. That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Where it goes
Form submissions arrive as email to our own address and are stored in that mailbox. The website is hosted by DreamHost in the United States, and email is delivered through their mail infrastructure. We do not transfer your information anywhere else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once they are clearly stale. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept as long as we need them for support, warranty and accounting obligations.
Your choices
Write to mansour@bita.net and ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are required to keep it — for example, records tied to invoices we have issued. There is no charge for this.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and adult householders. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we add anything that changes what we collect — an online store, payment processing, or analytics — we will update this page before it goes live, and the date below will change.
