Most small businesses do not need custom software. The ones that do usually know it already — because a spreadsheet has quietly become load-bearing.
When custom is worth it
Off-the-shelf software is cheaper, better tested and better supported than anything we could write for you. We will say so when it applies. Custom work earns its cost in narrower cases:
- Two systems that need to talk to each other and do not.
- A manual process someone repeats every week that could run itself.
- A spreadsheet several people now depend on, which nobody dares change.
- Reporting that exists only because one person knows how to assemble it.
How we work
We start by watching the process you already have rather than proposing a replacement for it. Most of the value tends to be in one or two steps, and finding those is cheaper than rebuilding everything around them.
You get the source code and the documentation. If you later want someone else to maintain it, that is a decision you are free to make — not a hostage situation.
The infrastructure comes with it
Software has to run somewhere, be backed up, and be reachable only by the people who should reach it. Because we also handle networks and servers, those parts are not somebody else’s problem.
