This is the work we are known for, and the one where the Cisco CCNP actually matters — it is a professional-level certification in exactly this: switching, routing, and diagnosing why traffic is not going where it should.
What we do
- Design — working out what a building and a headcount actually need before anything is bought.
- Installation — switches, routers, firewalls, access points, and the cabling to connect them.
- Troubleshooting — the intermittent faults that survive being rebooted and defeat guesswork.
- Wi-Fi — coverage that reaches the far corner and capacity that survives a full meeting room.
- Segmentation — keeping guests, cameras and payment systems off the same flat network as your files.
How we quote it
We ask about the building, not just the headcount. Square footage, number of floors, and what the interior walls are made of change the answer more than anything else — a masonry-divided office can need twice the hardware of an identical open-plan one.
For a small open-plan space an experienced estimate is usually enough. For anything larger, older, or already known to be troublesome, a site survey measures what the building really does to a signal instead of assuming.
