Tell us what you are trying to do and we will come back with a price and a recommendation. If we think you should buy something cheaper than what you asked for, we will say that too.

Why some things are quoted and not priced

Small items — cables, adapters, peripherals — are priced on the site and you can buy them directly. Systems and network equipment are quoted instead, for two reasons.

First, distributor pricing on hardware moves week to week, and a fixed price on the page would either be stale or padded to cover the risk. Second, the right answer usually depends on details a product page cannot ask about. Two offices of the same size can need very different networks.

What to include

The more of this you can answer, the more useful the first reply will be — but do not let missing details stop you from sending it.

  • What you are trying to achieve — the outcome, not the product name.
  • How many people will use it.
  • The space — rough square footage, number of floors, and whether the walls are drywall or concrete. This matters more than anything else for Wi-Fi.
  • What you already have, if anything.
  • Your timeline and rough budget — a range is fine, and it saves us quoting the wrong tier.

What happens next

We reply within one business day. Straightforward hardware requests usually come back as a price. Anything involving a network gets a short conversation first, because quoting a network from a form is guesswork.
