Mac diagnosis, repair, upgrades and migration — including the mixed environments where a few Macs share a network built for Windows.
Modern Macs are less repairable than they were: storage and memory are often soldered, and some faults are genuinely a board-level job. We will tell you plainly which category yours is in, and when a manufacturer repair is the better answer than anything we could do.
What we handle
- Diagnosis of machines that will not boot or behave unpredictably.
- Data recovery and migration to a new machine, keeping settings and files intact.
- macOS problems after upgrades, and software that stopped working with them.
- Getting Macs working properly on a network, with shared files and printers.
- Upgrades on the models that still allow them.
Mixed offices
Most of the Mac work we do in businesses is not repair at all — it is making a handful of Macs behave on a network designed around Windows: file shares, printing, and identity. That is a network problem, and it is what we do anyway.
